You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to unauthorized access to our systems, data scraping, and violating third-party rights.
Users may contribute content to the Services ("User Generated Contributions"). By submitting such content as a public, shared template, you grant Coursensu a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, display, and distribute your Contributions.
When you contribute content to your own designs and those within your team, you retain ownership. You will grant Coursensu a limited, perpetual, worldwide license strictly for the purpose of using, displaying, and distributing your Contributions within the context of providing you the Services,
Coursensu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Services. This license does not permit resale or sharing of your license with others. Each user must register their own account, this includes 'role', 'system' or other forms of 'shared account'.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
These Terms and Conditions are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate by ceasing to use the Service and/or deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend your access for any reason at our discretion but will communicate this reason to you and provide opportunity to resolve issues before they escalate.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including the availability of any features, without notice or liability.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

We may collect and use user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to such data collection and usage.
By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing. Options to control these communications are available via your Account.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Coursensu. Any failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
