Yes. Learning Designer users can invite read-only Contributors for free. Contributors can view your designs and provide feedback via comments. Purchasing the Content Editor add-on extends the Contributor capabilities with the ability to edit the learning content.
Whiteboards offer a very high amount of flexibility. They can be a great place to get ideas started, especially in a workshop. Eventually you'll find these tools have limits, or fit the project management needs but don't help with learning design. These platforms are not built for learning, their lack of depth will limit your ability to produce, and scale rich, impactful and pedagogically meaningful great designs.
We support import from Miro - which converts 'sticky note' items into either learning content, outcomes or resources. This bridges the 'freeform' ideation space of a whiteboard with the power of the Coursensu storyboarding platform.
You can also import any content as .csv which is provided by most whiteboard applications. You can then use Coursensu as your complete Storyboard design tool, to work within a structured visual designer to complete your learning designs.
These platforms are designed with collaboration at the core. We built Coursensu with designing for learning at our core. This is our differentiator. You may find we fit best into a workflow, where you start with a whiteboard, but then export a .csv and move to Coursensu for the meaningful pedagogic depth.
We help you structure learning activities, align with learning outcomes and collaborate with subject experts to create learning experiences in any format and for any platform.
