Common questions

Is there a free version of Coursensu?

Pro and Team accounts can invite Expert contributors (such as SMEs, Educators, Project Managers) for free. Experts can comment, change item status and review for approval or sign-off.

Can I work with others on the Starter plan?

You can not collaborate with others on the Starter plan. It is intended for those working solo. If you are working with SMEs, educators and others you'll need to be on the Pro plan or invited by another Pro user.

What is included in the Coursensu Pro plan?

Coursensu's Pro plan is for those who want to maximise their productivity. This includes working with others, import and export, unlimited designs and private templates that speed up every design you create.

When do I need the Coursensu Team plan?

The Coursensu Team plan is for groups who are growing their course production capabilities. This includes everything in the Pro plan, platform integrations and the ability to customise Coursensu for your team's needs. Teams get a running start with onboarding, web calls for enhanced support and prioritised LMS integration.

What is an Expert?

Experts can view, comment and review designs. Experts can be invited, for free, by a Pro or Team plan member. It is for design contributors who need a limited capacity. This is typically an SME, Educator or Trainer or members of the production team such as Project Manager, Producer or Manager. Pros can invite Experts for review and comments, Team plans can add Experts to also edit the learning content.

Do you need a credit card to start a free trial?

No. the free trial does not require a card. If you like Coursensu you can convert your trial to a paid plan. We want you to make an informed decision before purchase.

What is the Refund Policy - how can I cancel my subscription?

You are eligible for a refund if you cancel within 7 days of purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase please email us and we will do our best to resolve any issues, or issue you a refund. Refunded accounts then become read-only.

Which is best - annual or monthly payment?

Annual payments get a 17% discount. This provides better value for your team to create learning designs. If you want a shorter timeframe then we recommend starting with the monthly plan. You can switch payment types, or change plan, all from your account.
